I usually have a fast and quality service at AutoNation, however this last visit was not the best. I was in for an oil change at 7am and told that it would take an hour and a half. I went outside to check o however this last visit was not the best. I was in for an oil change at 7am and told that it would take an hour and a half. I went outside to check out the new inventory. I came back in around 8am, sat and waited. I heard nothing at 0830, and figured they must really be busy. At 9:10 I walked up to the cashier and asked about my truck. She looked on the computer and told me it was done. She then went out into the service garage to get my paperwork. She returned within a few minutes and apologized for the wait. This was a free oil change offer that I received in an email. If this was sent to me to entice me to get further maintenance on my Tundra, they failed because when I got home I looked at my paperwork which showed that the truck was ready around 0830, as promised. I waited for around 3 hours and have not received the car service papers even after follow-up. Initially, they told me, it would cost ~$25, but got free service due to delay at their end. I have been bringing our Toyotas for service to this location since the late 90s. The service has always been good. Today, however, and making today’s appointment was not. I took my 4Runner in for the b location since the late 90s. The service has always been good. Today, however, and making today’s appointment was not. I took my 4Runner in for the basic oil change and tire rotation and was told by Chris M that he would text me while I waited when the car was done. After 2.5 hours later I knew it was too long so I wen to the cashier and asked if my car was done. She went to the stack of papers and pulled out the paperwork. It had been finished an hour earlier. There is a time stamp on it and he service order. I have had Chris M. before and he had always underwhelmed me. Never Chris again. He was the only service advisor available when I made the appointment.I was also told that I would receive an email reminder about the appointment. This never happened either. Call center, no more car washes and poor service. I have other options AutoNation. More

The 15k mile Toyota care service felt like a waste of time. They topped off my fluids, rotated my tires (not rotate and balance?) and then tried to upsell me on air filter and cabin filter (shouldn’t thi time. When checking out both cashiers went to lunch at the same time and so they had many upset people waiting in line for longer than promised to check out. The service didn’t feel like Toyota was taking care of me. It felt like a ploy to get me in to do a bare minimum service and then upsell me. More
