AutoNation Toyota Tempe - Service Center

I have been taking my car to this dealership for 16 years. They have done a good job doing regular maintenance and also a couple of repairs. They’re more expensive than taking it a purely mechanic’s s years. They have done a good job doing regular maintenance and also a couple of repairs. They’re more expensive than taking it a purely mechanic’s shop… but they offer a comfortable place to wait while the automobile is being serviced., I took away a star because during my last visit I had to wait much longer than usual even though I was at my appointment on time. Perhaps they were short-handed or maybe they just forgot me until I reminded them. I saw people who came in after me get their cars back earlier. No explanation was given. My service tech was pleasant enough, but I would have appreciated an update every 45 mins to an hour. If I knew it was going to take so long I would have taken their shuttle to go home and get work done. It shouldn’t take over 3 and some hours to do an oil change. Also… they used to have a service that really appreciated. A car wash after every service. That’s gone by the wayside, as well. I’d take my car to them again. I just wish they would be more mindful of people’s time. We all have work to do. More
