When I booked my appointment they asked if I needed a shuttle before giving me available times. Then 3:30 was offered, when I arrived I found out the shuttle stops at 3, my daughter and I had to walk wi shuttle before giving me available times. I assumed since the web site asked if I needed the shuttle before giving me available times, that only times when the shuttle is open would be offered. The service on my vehicle was good but the shuttle service options and employees behind that desk were rude. More
