Terrible customer service, and apparently they will do anything to deny a warranty claim...even one that has been pre-approved from the warranty company. Not only did they not fix the problem...they tried anything to deny a warranty claim...even one that has been pre-approved from the warranty company. Not only did they not fix the problem...they tried charging me to 'update the stereo software'....which I had already done myself before to see if it would resolve the issue. Insulting and rude treatment to a customer who was willing to give them one last chance. Lesson learned. Buyer beware... More

My 16,000 mile oil change, engine filter change and fluid check took only one hour and I was back on my way. However I do miss the free car wash they used to provide.
