Delivered as promissed. Zack and Mike were wonderful. Mike promissed upgraded mats and one more free service in 3rd year. Had to wait 2 and half hours to finish paperwork. Am from Iowa and needed a 25,000 mile service. My service advisor Mike Connors was great to work with. Scheduling an appointment was easy on line. Took 3 days to get a temp plate. We were told we didn’t have to worry about getting one. There was absolutely no urgency by the finance dept. to take care of the issue.
