I waited over 15 minutes to get my car checked in for my appointment. People who arrived after me, got checked in before me while I sat in my car waiting for the particular person who was supposed to help m appointment. I made an appointment and indicated that I was going to be waiting. It took 2 hours for a simple oil change. There was no coffee in the lounge and no one could be found to brew some more. When I was ready to check out, there was one cashier and I waited in line 10-minutes to pay. Then had to wait for my car. I get that the labor force is strained these days, but 2.5 hours for an oil change? I don't usually go to the dealer for an oil change (I was doing my aunt a favor and getting her car serviced). Now I know why I go down the street where the little mom and pop shop has fresh coffee and gets me in and out in 30 minutes flat! More
