We made an appointment for a service and then drove across town to have it done. When we arrived they then told us that our free services had expired even though we are below the milage limit. I have a 2006 Tundra that I bought from Appleway and have had serviced at Appleway for every service required. Appleway was fair during sales and I did not feel cornered or pushed. There is not much to say here: they have always been courteous, helpful, on time, and work done correctly. There have been no surprises after service. As for recommending: I think the sales department is like many: they are friendly, helpful, and informative BUT they have to be to sell cars. Be on your toes; these are car salesmen (and ladies). For the service department I give a 100% recommendation. If I bought a Toyota somewhere else I would bring it here for service. More
