Even though the fuel pump failed on my 2019 Highlander, Mike, my service rep worked with me by keeping me informed on the status of the repair for my car. While it took a while for the parts to come in, both the repair and the recall were addressed (saving my an extra visit to the service center). I appreciate the use of the rental car during the period my car was unavailable. Also the folks at Thrifty Rent a Car were really nice and helpful when I came to pick up my car. More
Just once just once one time I would like to get my vehicle back as clean as you got it for service. I even had you wash it and it still came back with oil on the paint, and grease on the inside door h vehicle back as clean as you got it for service. I even had you wash it and it still came back with oil on the paint, and grease on the inside door handles. There is only one reason why I use your service dept and that is convenience I have purchased three vehicles from you and now about done with this. You need to follow Honda’s policy there service is excellent, that’s right I own a honda also. More

I was given conflicting information by different representatives, I was told to come in early to get out early. I didn't get out until after they closed to the public. When I got my car back the passenger seat was rolled as far back as it can go, the back so set back as far as it can go, the head rest was repositioned to serve as a pillow, and the air conditioner was cranked all the way up and set at the LO setting. It was like getting into a meat locker and my gas tank, which I just filled, was down nearly a quarter of a tank. A very bad experience. More
I recently bought a used 99 Toyota Solara. I drove it for two weeks without a problem. I took it to have the oil changed a few days after I bought it and they showed me that the transmission fluid needed flu two weeks without a problem. I took it to have the oil changed a few days after I bought it and they showed me that the transmission fluid needed flushed and changed. A week later or so I took it to the Toyota service department at Autonation Toyota to have the job done. I also informed them I just bought it and to inspect it for me. I got a call from the service guy that coincidentally I needed a new starter because they could not get it started again. Even though I saw them drive it away and I never had any problem starting it before. The price to fix it was 500-600 dollars he quoted. I told him I would deal with it and that I was skeptical because it started just fine for me for two weeks. When I came to pick it up he told me that they figured out a way to get it started and would show me how to. I went out to get my car and they showed me to tap on the starter while turning the ignition on. This did not work as there were at least 3 guys looking at it. Another mechanic came over and proceeded to tighten the nut for the terminal battery connection. There was also corrosion at that terminal of the battery. The car started right up with no hesitation. They told me that it was that connection being loose and corroded that caused it and to replace that part. They also had a 12 dollar charge for shop supplies for the tranny flush that when I asked what it was for they could not tell me specifically. This should have been included with the overpriced 169.95 tranny flush but was added after the fact. I am very disappointed and will never go there again. I cannot prove the nut was already loose but I saw them turn the wrench a few times. John More
