Brought my Ford to a Toyota dealer, but despite that, they did a great job taking care of my vehicle. My oil change only took about an hour and half. I had previously been at another dealership in town and changed late last year. To make a long story short, I bought at a time that it took 4 months to actually get the vehicle. Both the salesman and the m changed late last year. To make a long story short, I bought at a time that it took 4 months to actually get the vehicle. Both the salesman and the manager kept me updated during that time. I got exactly the vehicle that I wanted. I'm very happy with it and the service that I had. This visit was for my first Toyota Care appointment. I appreciated the shuttle ride home and pick up when my car was ready. Everything went smooth. More
Alternator on our 2005 Highlander finally kicked out and had to have the car towed in for service after hours. When I arrived next morning they were ready and waiting on me. They quickly diagnosed the iss had to have the car towed in for service after hours. When I arrived next morning they were ready and waiting on me. They quickly diagnosed the issue and let me know the cost. While they didn't have the part in stocked they found one quickly and got me back on the road the next day. Service team was very helpful and friendly and kept me up to date on on the progress of repairs. More

The service members are professional and knowledgable. They've always taken the time to answer my questions in detail, by giving their own input, along with including any of the other service members skil They've always taken the time to answer my questions in detail, by giving their own input, along with including any of the other service members skills, in the area of my concern. They'll go as far as to set aside their time and go for a short drive around your location to listen to any noises I may be concerned with. Not only do they treat me with dignity and respect, but they do the same with each other. I can tell they work very hard, and still keep a positive attitude. More
