service staff is courteous and professional. Had an oil change, and have prepaid for oil changes when I purchased the vehicle. The dealership says they 'sanitize' the vehicle. Not sure what that means. It wasn't washed and the floor mats weren't taken out and cleaned, if that is what they are referring to. More

Took the vehicle for service at Autonation Toyota in Spokane Valley. Was greeted and assisted by a young lady even before my scheduled time.
