I took my Highlander here for an oil change since I had a coupon and decided to get my winter tire change over done as well. Mistake#1. I didn’t realize that they charge for a$20 “rotation fee” for the swap coupon and decided to get my winter tire change over done as well. Mistake#1. I didn’t realize that they charge for a$20 “rotation fee” for the swap out and $79 for reprogramming the tire sensors. Costco and Lea Schwab do this for free. Keep in mind that my tires are on winter rims already. Mistake #2. I waited for my vehicle. Was told an hour and a half which I thought was a long time for just those 2 things and the fact that I had an appointment. I needed to get it done so I waited. 2-1/2 hours later they were finally done. My total bill was over $150. So I learned my lesson. Only go here if it can’t be done any where else. More
