Kaitlyn was great but they will offer you nothing for fair trade. They showed us NADA "book" value from their system $18,500. Looking it up on computer or phone NADA trade in value is $25k as rough trade, our car is in great shape. We even purchased the car from autonation and they still wanted to cheat us out of a fair trade in. Sour taste and will NOT return to autonation! Don't go there, so many better options out there!!! I was given conflicting information by different representatives, I was told to come in early to get out early. I didn't get out until after they closed to the public. When I got my car back the passenger seat was rolled as far back as it can go, the back so set back as far as it can go, the head rest was repositioned to serve as a pillow, and the air conditioner was cranked all the way up and set at the LO setting. It was like getting into a meat locker and my gas tank, which I just filled, was down nearly a quarter of a tank. A very bad experience. More
My wife and I had a terrible experience working with Wayne at Toyota autonation. We were told the truck we wanted to look at would be ready multiple times. After we were told the truck was ready for us, Wayne at Toyota autonation. We were told the truck we wanted to look at would be ready multiple times. After we were told the truck was ready for us, we drove the 4 hour round trip to spokane only to find out that absolutely nothing had been done to it. The vehicle wasn't detailed and none of issues that the truck had were fixed yet (even though we were told they had been). I had also asked for the inspection report 5 times and they never gave it to me. They constantly pressured me to start the paperwork and Wayne was furious when I told him I didn't want the truck. He argued and basically told me every other truck make was junk. He also told me that the truck was in 9.5 out of 10 in condition. When I got to the dealership I found out that the truck had rust underneath, chipped hood with many tiny rusting spots, broken tailgate handle, broken canopy, dents and scratches, and no maintenance records . The vehicle was also very sunfaded. The biggest issue was that my wife and I were lied to multiple times about the exterior, interior and mechanical condition of the truck, and the car salesman was arrogant and very short tempered. We will never be going back to this dealership. More

I had the wiper blades fall off in the first week because they were replaced with their part that didn't fit. I got an independent inspection done on it and realized that the timing cover is leaking oil and the air filter was replaced upside down with the wrong part. The car was covered under their post-sale warranty, but I had to pay a deductible because I would not trust them to service my vehicle after they missed or ignored the issue and it is only free if you use their shop. The warranty does not cover tax or fluids and seals that had to be replaced even though they were necessary for the repair. I ended up paying $676 to get everything corrected from things that their multi-point inspection should have caught. They post on here that you should call and talk to the General Manager but I spent a week calling and never got through to him. They eventually had my original salesman call saying that he would help resolve things. In the end they wouldn't help with anything because I didn't give their shop a chance to do it. Their shop was the one that caused all the problems and either refused to fix or didn't catch the leak in the first place. If you are going to buy from them you should insist on an inspection from an outside shop before purchasing. Their multi-point inspection meant nothing in my case. More

Though I had done a lot of the figures online with Derick, manager, Paul stayed with us until we drove out of the dealership after 8:30pm. He showed me many details on the audio screen and was very helpful. Even gave us a tip on autosocks, which we'd never heard about before. Thank you all for a good experience. Car buying hasn't always been that way in the past. More
Can't get out of Extended Warranty - They keep losing papers Everything in the beginning was great, the salesman Ali did an absolute amazing job and I would work with again for a different dealership. They got Everything in the beginning was great, the salesman Ali did an absolute amazing job and I would work with again for a different dealership. They got me in, gave me a fair price for the truck. But then when it came to signing papers I warned Ali I didn't want to be pressured into buying any of the extended warranty's. He told me to just tell Jeannie I wasn't interested. Jeannie sure enough pressured me into buying several extended warranty's and I have to admit she's good at it because I left the dealership with the 100K mile $3000 extended warranty. I made a couple calls to family members and friends and after telling me what I already knew (I don't need any warranty's, Toyota's are too good of running vehicles), I called the dealership the same day and asked them to cancel the warranty. Jeannie said I would have to come in to sign the paper. I drove back to the dealership and signed the paper. She told me the warranty would take effect and then take 4 to 8 weeks to cancel. It seemed odd, why wouldn't they just change it before it went into effect? Against my better judgement and there's nothing I could of done anyways, I just accepted what she was saying and wrote a reminder for myself to check on it in 8 weeks. Eight weeks later I spend more time calling the credit union to see if there was a $3000 deduction from the loan. Nothing on their end. I go down to the dealership again (deep down I knew 8 weeks prior I'd be spending more time on this) - Jeannie is not there so I speak to another guy named Brad. Brad sits me down for an hour or so checking several things on the computer and making several phone calls. It turns out the paperwork (cancellation) didn't make it wherever it was supposed to go (Imagine that) - But he ensured me it was an honest mistake and this time he would make sure it went through. But it would take another 4 to 8 weeks. :) REALLY!! Ten or Eleven weeks later, you guessed it still nothing. I spend more time on the phone with credit union, then more time down at the dealership. Jeannie nor Brad are available so the manager Tim helps me. Tim says it looks like it was processed but something went wrong. At this point I don't think I'd ever buy another vehicle from this dealership. I run my own business and the time I spent chasing something that should of easily been handled, could of been spent more wisely. I'll never get that time back. In return all the dealership can tell me is it was an honest mistake. I don't know exactly how much the finance person makes in commission when a warranty is sold, but I know they make something. I'm amazed the Dealership would allow their finance person to put their reputation on the line over a couple hundred bucks. I doubt this is the first time. I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, but after happening twice and over 4 months later = It's easy to see what happened here. More

Wonderful Car Buying Experience I had a most enjoyable experience purchasing my 2014 Prius from this dealership. The sales person, Ron, was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time going over the operation of the Prius, my first Hybrid vehicle. We took a rather long test drive, not the usual "around the block" type. Everyone at AutoNation was very friendly and stressed the point that they wanted me to be completely satisfied. Jason and his boss, Brian, from Finance made sure that I understood all of the options for financing the vehicle and carefully explained the Extended Warranty options. I drove away a very happy customer. I highly recommend this dealership. More
