Even though the fuel pump failed on my 2019 Highlander, Mike, my service rep worked with me by keeping me informed on the status of the repair for my car. Just purchased a Used RAV4 from AutoNation Spokane Valley and worked with Michael with great results. We are from out of town 2/1/2 miles away. What's on the internet is the no-haggle price. The only cost on top of that was states taxes and a single $150.00 closing fee. Two Toyota dealerships in Portland, Oregon added $6,000 worth of fees on the internet listing price so the low advertised listing price was a scam. However, AutoNation was upfront with their prices. Beautiful dealership. They were well organized, had the car detailed, paperwork ready for signatures, and even had the follow-up service appointments made in advance. More
