I had made an appointment weeks in advance. My appt time was at 9:30. I was in for an oil change only. I had to sit in waiting room for 3 hours waiting for an oil change. Completely unacceptable. We were very happy with AutoNation Toyota in Spokane. My favorite part was the low prices and no pressure, friendly sales.
