Service was excellent! We dropped my 4Runner off around 8:30am and were told pickup would most likely be around 3:00-4:00pm that day. At my last visit, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Then I waited an additional 4 hours for an oil change. If that wasn't bad enough, they tried to c time for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Then I waited an additional 4 hours for an oil change. If that wasn't bad enough, they tried to charge me for my oil change even though I had a free one. When I pointed it out it took an additional 10 minutes to fix the paperwork. I left with such a bad taste in my mouth. More
We took our RAV4 in for its annual service, and as always we were treated wonderfully. They are so quick and efficient, and during the service, they noticed a couple of things that needed attention so they c we were treated wonderfully.
