This is the second used car I have purchase from Auto Nation (the first was from AN Acura) in the past 7 months. On both occasions I found the price to be fair and the people helpful and friendly. I also like the inspection report they provide along with the Car Fax which gives me pease of mind. Buying cars has not been an enjoyable experience in the past due to price negotiation and salespeople wanting to close deals before I was ready. I have not found that to be the case at AN. More
The service at the dealership was great, however I was not im[fessed with the cleanliness at this visit. I was there at the 8am opening and noticed brown spill pots on the side table in the waiting area. not im[fessed with the cleanliness at this visit. The chairs in the seating area were worn in places where the black chair color had worn off the pi-I got and lots of white fabric underneath was visible.
