When I first saw this car on line, I let Even know I was interested in this, I asked if it was possible to hold this car until I could get there the next day from Montana. Even was great about that and it w interested in this, I asked if it was possible to hold this car until I could get there the next day from Montana. Even was great about that and it was just an easy email to me to confirm my car would be on hold for 24hrs. Unfortunately Evan was not working that day, but handed it over to his partner Mazz. Mazz was awesome, did not push us, gave us the car keys and had us go test drive it right away, which I like that the salesman doesn’t have to go with you so you and your husband/wife can feel comfortable about talking over things about the car without them listening in. He was good about finding out things for us also. He talked about the car and all of the advantages it had on it. Mazz had it detailed for us before we left and it felt like a new car pulling out, even if it was 4 years old. I would recommend Evan or Mazz to anyone! We did trade in our jeep, we felt we could have got a bit more, but we feel we got a good deal on a beautiful car and didn’t lose to much in the bank from it. Thank you again Evan and Mazz! More

Normally I would give AutoNation Toyota a five star review. I am always pleased with service advisor I work with most often. However, my appointment yesterday resulted in an additional service for whic review. I am always pleased with service advisor I work with most often. However, my appointment yesterday resulted in an additional service for which I did not approve. The service performed was something called ‘Frigi-Fresh.’ When I went to retrieve my vehicle, I was immediately hit by an extremely toxic chemical fragrance. I returned to the service department to inquire on this fragrance and was told it was a spray used in the vents to prevent the smell of mildew. My wife and I are both chemically sensitive and this toxic spray has given me headaches for the past two days. We only have this one vehicle and I use it for my job as a courier. To be honest, I am livid right now. To have been exposed to this toxin without my consent is infuriating. Most people are unaware that there are hundreds of unidentified chemicals in every ‘fragrance’ out there (no matter what the product: laundry detergent, dryer sheets, plug-in air fresheners, perfumes or colognes) and being exposed to them causes your immune system to lower. I did pay for this service before knowing I was charged for it and when I returned home I contacted the service manager at Toyota who offered me a credit on my account. The bottom line is that the damage is done and apparently I just have to wait for the smell to dissipate. In the meantime, my wife cannot drive our car. My purpose in writing this review is to first, implore future customers who are chemically sensitive to please inform the service department of your medical issue BEFORE any service is performed and second, to inform the dealership of the toxins they are exposing to themselves and their paying customers.
