Alternator on our 2005 Highlander finally kicked out and had to have the car towed in for service after hours. When I arrived next morning they were ready and waiting on me. The service members are professional and knowledgable. Service was excellent! We dropped my 4Runner off around 8:30am and were told pickup would most likely be around 3:00-4:00pm that day. At my last visit, I waited 20 minutes past my appointment time for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Then I waited an additional 4 hours for an oil change. If that wasn't bad enough, they tried to c time for someone to even acknowledge my presence. Then I waited an additional 4 hours for an oil change. We took our RAV4 in for its annual service, and as always we were treated wonderfully.
