Serpentine belt fell off. Left us with a car that we needed to get to work that wouldn't be wise to drive and no quick solution. Had it towed to AutoNation Toyota and contacte Left us with a car that we needed to get to work that wouldn't be wise to drive and no quick solution. Had it towed to AutoNation Toyota and contacted David Meckel - Service Writer. He squeezed our emergency into his tight schedule and we were ready to go early the next morning. We actually waited longer for the tow truck than we did for dealer to save our bacon! Great service and a great attitude concerning our needs. More

I came to Auto Nation Toyota because Larry Miller Toyota kept giving me less time between oil changes to come in. First time 5,000, second 4,300 last and final time for me 3,800. For synthetic oil for a 201 kept giving me less time between oil changes to come in. First time 5,000, second 4,300 last and final time for me 3,800. For synthetic oil for a 2016 RAV4. Told me I needed to do transmission servicing even though there were only 56,000 miles, no towing done and service manual states 100,000 to 130,000 for service. Very rude!!!! More

I recently took my new to me Lexus in to have the brakes checked. Autonation thoroughly checked the brakes and told me that they were actually in great shape and that they didn’t need any work. They didn’t checked. Autonation thoroughly checked the brakes and told me that they were actually in great shape and that they didn’t need any work. They didn’t charge me anything for the service. In this day and age, to have a dealership say and do that, impressed me. I’ll definitely bring my Lexus back to them for future service. More
