Felt uncomfortable due to my transgender status, customer service representative made me feel out of place and was very rude, I even had cash in hand for purchase. Was stared at by employees, I realize I hav service representative made me feel out of place and was very rude, I even had cash in hand for purchase. Was stared at by employees, I realize I haven’t made my complete transition and still look male to some people but this made me feel embarrassed and ashamed of myself, I wish I had a better experience with the staff, vehicle selection wasn’t the best, COVID is suppose, very hot outside wasn’t offered a water like other customers, I just left and cried in my car for the next ten minutes, I thought we were past this as a society More

This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. The team was complacent and rude. It took more then 5 hours just to process paperwork.
