I have bought 3 Toyota vehicles from AutoNation in the past 16 years. I have always been treated respectfully and work has been completed as promised. Toyota Corporation would be better if the Toyota Care Program took into account when you have a vehicle with the synthetic oil that can go 10,000 miles before an oil change. I would have had 4 oil changes if I had regular oil, instead I got 2 oil changes. More

Jen, Jen, Jen. I can’t say enough about this salesperson. She was so wonderful with my special needs son and it was a long day. I tried looking at cars at other pla I can’t say enough about this salesperson. She was so wonderful with my special needs son and it was a long day. I tried looking at cars at other places but it was so hard with short tempered salespeople. Jen made me feel so welcome. I don’t ever want to buy a car from anyone else. She was honest and was patient and treated us wonderfully. I had hoped to buy an older car for less but the one I had my eye on sold just before I arrived. I went for a car around 15k more because I had such a wonderful experience and I didn’t want to chance going somewhere where there wasn’t a wonderful patient woman like Jen to work with. I am very very happy with my purchase. Jen was honest and helpful. She went out of her way to drive us to post falls to get something I needed in order to buy the car. My children fought all the way back. I was so stressed but she remained calm and upbeat. She was never pushy. I could tell her heart was in the right place and I trusted her quickly.
