Went in for an oil change and waited like 5-10 minutes for my appointed advisor granted I was 5 minutes early. Multiple other staff though asked if I had been helped and sorry for wait. After oil change m for my appointed advisor granted I was 5 minutes early. Multiple other staff though asked if I had been helped and sorry for wait. After oil change my service light was not reset as well as someone left their oily hat in my Toyota vehicle. I didn’t get a multi point inspection which I thought was included. Not as big of a deal, I was just curious about the life I have left in my brakes pads. I will probably try a different dealer for my next oil change and service. More
