Our service was excellent BUT on the way home from the dealership, my wife experienced a weird event the car started running rough, acted as it would stop running and when she accelerated from the stop a dealership, my wife experienced a weird event the car started running rough, acted as it would stop running and when she accelerated from the stop a large cloud of black exhaust smoke came from the tailpipe. It seemed to clear up but gave us some concern as now we do not know what the car doing or if we will have some other problem. More
I have going to Toyota in Spokane for over 20 years. I have always received great service! Matt Keller always solves any problem and keeps everything running top notch. Jeff Zimmerman and the guys in the garage make sure any problem is fixed. As mentioned in another survey. I don't feel like I am getting my Rav-4 worked on, I just dropped into to have coffee with friends. Great place, great crew, great people and EXCELLENT WORK! Thanks so Much! ~ Bill Bennett More
James Brown is such a wonderful sales person to work with. He helped us with our 4Runner in 2014 and now with our new Sequoia. He answered all our questions, applied no pressure and was very patient wit with. He helped us with our 4Runner in 2014 and now with our new Sequoia. Nice sales people with no pressure. Inventory is low but they were able to find a inbound car that fits my wishes. Everyone was professional and no crazy mark-ups. Inventory is low but they were able to find a inbound car that fits my wishes. Everyone was professional and no crazy mark-ups. More
Early evening on 8-26-22 I negotiated a price with a person called Matt, who was pressuring me into purchasing a new 2022 Camry--finally agreeing to a $10,000 difference between new, and my trade. I ha person called Matt, who was pressuring me into purchasing a new 2022 Camry--finally agreeing to a $10,000 difference between new, and my trade. I had never driven this car, but told Matt that I would be back the next morning for a test drive. I returned at 9AM on Saturday (8-27) did the test drive, and agreed to purchase the car. When the final paper work was presented to me the $10,000 allowance was reduced to $9742, and the dealer withdrew the offer to pay for window tinting. Suddenly the original paper work (deal) disappeared (or got conveniently shredded) so it was my word against Matt, and I feel the I was pressured and deceived by him! I did purchase the car, but am still VERY upset by the lack of trust when it comes to dealer/customer relationship. I had no problem with the finance person (Mike) or the salesperson (Wayne) but I would be reluctant to do future business with the dealership because of one devious employee. I would still do business with Auto Nation Toyota in spite of my one-time bad experience. More
