Jennifer Sweeney was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great about keeping in touch! I always take my truck here for oil changes, I love almost everything here except they took 2.5 hours just to change my oil. I feel like it shouldn’t take that long. Serge did an outstanding job of finding the car we were looking for. I was not happy about the the trade in process. The offer I received was a low offer. I didn’t like that the offer was coming from a looking for. I was not happy about the the trade in process. The offer I received was a low offer. I didn’t like that the offer was coming from a location out of the market. They put you in a position that made it hard to negotiate. My old car Is now listed at 8,000 more than I received. More
