I have been going to Matt K. for over 10 yrs. and have the greatest confidence in him. If he says something need to be done, I get it done. When in for service it is always giv for over 10 yrs. and have the greatest confidence in him. If he says something need to be done, I get it done. When in for service it is always given a thorough inspection which gives me a great peace of mind that I didn't miss asking for something to be checked or done. More

I bought a GMC vehicle from Toyota and had some sensor issues that needed to be fixed but it wasn’t going to be covered under the warranty, the GM Bob at Toyota was able to accommodate me and get the part issues that needed to be fixed but it wasn’t going to be covered under the warranty, the GM Bob at Toyota was able to accommodate me and get the part fixed. He was very understanding and I was very appreciative that he went above and beyond to do whatever it took to get the issue fixed so we could enjoy or newly purchased vehicle from them. Thank you Bob for your help! I highly recommend Toyota and their outstanding customer service. More

Jeff is always a great help. I spoke with him prior to my visit and he ordered my tires and made an appointment for me to have them installed. Dropped off my car on the day of ap I spoke with him prior to my visit and he ordered my tires and made an appointment for me to have them installed. Dropped off my car on the day of appointment, went to get a bite to eat, Jeff called when the car was done, and i picked up. Driving home with my new tires and alignment I felt like it was just driven off the lot! I take my Toyota Highlander ( who I affectionately named Ted) to AutoNation Toyota for all his needs. More

Jennifer Sweeney was wonderful to work with. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great about keeping in touch! She even went out of her way to make sure my wife’s lost necklace was found i She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great about keeping in touch! I always take my truck here for oil changes, I love almost everything here except they took 2.5 hours just to change my oil. I feel like it shouldn’t take that long.
