To be fair, we’ve only been able to car shop in the weekends, but we experienced several dealers ranging from kind but distracted to completely disinterested—that is, until we went to AutoNation Toyota weekends, but we experienced several dealers ranging from kind but distracted to completely disinterested—that is, until we went to AutoNation Toyota and met Serge. We walked in on Friday night an hour to close, and Serge took the time to go through every option that met our criteria and explain features, supply, cost, everything. Then he went out of his way to take us to two other AutoNation dealerships to look at cars and test drive one even though it meant staying late. We found one we loved and agreed to meet back first thing Saturday morning to proceed with the sale. Serge arrived at work ten minutes before we even expected him—with a smile on his face, eager to help. He walked us through the entire process and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase. We also worked some with one of the managers, Matthew I believe, and the finance director, Jason. Both were polite, funny, and adept at explaining everything and patient with our questions. I’m super thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Serge, who was not only knowledgeable and patient but also quite hilarious. We love our new car. Thank you, AutoNation Toyota! More
