First off, Jenn Sweeney did an amazing job finding the right vehicle for me. Purchasing a car can be kind of intimidating but my experience with AutoNation was not in the least bit. Checking in and out was slow as they sent me to the only rep that was busy. All other reps were just sitting there while I waited. my wheel was also scuffed after they serviced my truck.
