However I loath what I experienced with the appearance protection product which is listed on the sales order as “optional” - it is not optional - it was mandatory and I was made to pay $499.00! They also tried upselling some other products, such as window tinting, and door handle protectors but they were not on the car so I was able to get those off. I highly suspect that the “appearance protection” was not on the car either but how do you prove it. Not even sure what it is? Scotchgard? Anyway that is what soured my experience! A classic example of feeling scammed, forced to buy additional products to improve their profits. The door plastic can be purchased online for $5-20 but they wanted $299. Anyway they knew if I didn’t buy, someone else would, so they don’t really care if you walk because of it. More

I scheduled an appointment online and had the option to select a shuttle ride or wait for my car. I chose the shuttle as I didn't have time to wait for the service. When I arrived (on time) for my service they somehow didn't realize I needed a shuttle and told me my service would be 60-80 minutes or I could wait for the shuttle for 50 minutes. I was told the shuttle is first come first serve....but if you don't have an hour to wait for your car how do you have an hour to wait for a shuttle? It's completely pointless and made me feel as if their commitment to get me where I needed to be in a timely manner didn't matter at all. I ended up not getting my service and will not be back. More
