Friendly and prompt service. However, when I received my car back it had scrapes and mud on the inside where someone drug their muddy shoes across the car. I obviously can clean the mud but they permanently scratched the plastic on the entry of my car. :-( I have pictures I can share if needed. More

I brought my Rav4 in for maintenance service on March 30, 2023, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike Royce took the time to answer all of my questions about the services to be done on 2023, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Mike Royce took the time to answer all of my questions about the services to be done on my vehicle and arranged a convenient, after hours pick-up plan since I couldn't return before the service department closed. The work was completed before the estimated time, and Mike reviewed everything with me over the phone. I have always received excellent service at AutoNation Toyota, and this time was no different!
