I had an incredible car buying experience here, Matt, Cliff, and Jon in finance were all so helpful. Jon made sure I got a great deal by working with the banks to find me a payment that I could afford. Cliff, and Jon in finance were all so helpful. This particular service visit was very frustrating. I checked in a little early, and all went well. The service was to take 1-2 hours, depending upon what was found. After 2.5 hours, I went back to I checked in a little early, and all went well. The service was to take 1-2 hours, depending upon what was found. After 2.5 hours, I went back to the service desk to check on the delay. I learned the car had been ready for almost an hour. The service rep said he had been too busy processing new arrivals to let me know it was ready. Needless to say, I think this was inexcusable. More
