I took my 2023 Toyota Tundra into the dealership for a lift kit installation. I was quoted $2700 for the lift kit and $1700 for installation for a total of $4400 plus tax. I was guessing with some inciden lift kit installation. I was quoted $2700 for the lift kit and $1700 for installation for a total of $4400 plus tax. I was guessing with some incidentals it might be a little over $5000 after a week and a few discrepancies, I went to pick it up and the total bill is $6900. With the help of Jaime Burns (who is the only person there I think I can trust.) I got the bill knocked down another $400. Which is still a disaster. I paid the bill. When I got in my truck, there was greasy feet prints all over my brand new floor mats and greasy handprints on my steering wheel. My floor mats, where it says Toyota, should be white not black. With 157 miles on the odometer, I want my truck still to look like brand new. let's hope the installation of the lift kit is better than the price gouging and the state of my cleanliness. More

Was told before my car was due for oil change at 5K miles and then at 10k miles. My last visit was almost at 15k miles, but was told it's not due until 20k miles due to synthetic oil. I wasn't really going to wait for 10k miles to change it, but every 5k miles. Since the service hasn't been done, but only tire rotation I will be doing the oil change myself. More

Took my car in for 150k mile maintenance. They charged $308 for spark plugs! I was so shocked at the $640 bill that I didn't even question everything they did. When i got in my car, my glove box was on the floor! Seriously? When someone parked my car they didnt even notice my glove box wasnt in? I then went home and realized they didn't do THREE of the agreed upon services that was on my maintenance checklist and the paperwork does explicitly say what services I declined but I did not decline the 3 most important services I needed done such as the brake fluid flush, and other fluid exchanges that the advisor & I discussed. Glad they didn't do it honestly, I'm taking my car somewhere else and never going back to the dealership. More
