Service was great and David was direct and upfront with us regarding costs. The only negative I have is the payment option. I ended up paying for the full cost from my bank acct. When I called Autonation upon arriving home, the lame excuse was that my income hadn't been updated. I updated our income and all was good. I don't think this is good customer service on Autonation's part. Dealer was great as always. More
