I went in to get a new battery for my 2019 Rav4 hybrid. The only reason I went in was because I wanted to get the life time battery. I keep my cars for 15 years or more. The service rep said he would have to check to see if they had any in stock. They said they had 4 so I said go ahead. When I checked out I was told they don't make a lifetime battery for that model and the battery they installed only comes with a 7 year warranty. Needless to say I am not a happy camper. If they had told me they didn't have a lifetime battery I would have bought a cheaper battery and installed it my self. It feels like a bait and switch deal to me. I should have had them switch me back but I had a meeting I needed to get to and couldn't take the time. More
I was looking for a very economical vehicle in terms of miles per gallon; I thought Toyota Prius could be one of the most efficient car when it comes to MPG. I then decided that I needed to buy it. I first sent an email that discloses my interest to buy a Prius and then I got an email response which shows the availability of the vehicle. After I received the email, I talked to the Sales Associate via phone for in person appointment. During my in person meeting with the associate, I addressed my main goal about the rig which is efficient MPG. I was explained that the vehicle is one of the best in terms of mpg. I was told it gives 49 in a city and 50 on the highway. And, I thought that was quite impressive. Then I had to make a reservation for the car. After about a couple of weeks, I did receive the car. I then started driving it but I realized that the vehicle does not provide what I was told in terms of MPG. What I usually get is low 30s or mid 30s; not even close to 40. I am very disappointed. I am still confused why I was not told about the truth. More
I came to get tires rotated and initially my brakes replaced. I found this odd as they are all Auto Nation dealers. So not everything was addressed and I have to make another trip. More

Chief Kris Williams was very friendly and a great car salesperson. We wouldn’t have had a great deal without Chief!
