I went in to get a new battery for my 2019 Rav4 hybrid. The only reason I went in was because I wanted to get the life time battery. I keep my cars for 15 years or more. The service rep said he would have The only reason I went in was because I wanted to get the life time battery. I keep my cars for 15 years or more. The service rep said he would have to check to see if they had any in stock. They said they had 4 so I said go ahead. When I checked out I was told they don't make a lifetime battery for that model and the battery they installed only comes with a 7 year warranty. Needless to say I am not a happy camper. If they had told me they didn't have a lifetime battery I would have bought a cheaper battery and installed it my self. It feels like a bait and switch deal to me. I should have had them switch me back but I had a meeting I needed to get to and couldn't take the time. More
