Settling on a price was fast. Getting the paperwork filled out was a joke. I would never advise anyone to purchase their Toyota from Appleway Toyota. Brian Rohn (I might be spelling his last name wrong filled out was a joke. I would never advise anyone to purchase their Toyota from Appleway Toyota. Brian Rohn (I might be spelling his last name wrong) was disrespectful, condescending, and useless. Although I continued to say I already have my loan set up through my credit union he continued to try and get me to sign documents I would refuse to sign. He wasted 45 minutes of my time just to get my correct address for all my documents. Instead of simply getting my correct information and entering it on all my documents, he continued to waste my time saying, "I could probably get you a better interest rate." And asking questions about my loan (which is absolutely none of his business.) Because I was not doing a loan through them he did not want to let me walk out of the store that night with my car. I told him I am not waiting for him to fill out my paperwork. I told him to have it ready for me the next morning @ 11AM. When I got to Appleway Toyota I was greeted by Jason Morgan (A no-B.S. salesman. Which I appreciate.) He brought me to Jason Bisquera another loan department worker who had my paperwork ready to be signed. Jason Bisquera was respectful, efficient, and professional. My paperwork was prepared by Brian Rohn the night before and all the paperwork was incorrect. Every paper had different zip codes for my address, and my name was spelled incorrect on half the paperwork. It did not make any sense to me how he could have screwed up a simple job as to entering my information. I would never advise another to take a loan out through Appleway Toyota. I would only advise having your loan ready through your credit union or bank prior to purchasing your vehicle, or purchase it with cash. If the person dealing with your paperwork is Brian Rohn, ask for someone else to work with you and your paperwork immediately. He will waste your time, he will speak to you in a demeaning tone, and he will fill out your paperwork incorrectly. More

Salesman Ron was very nice. The cars are overpriced for the expected "negotiation". Purchased contingent on Safety which vehicle did not pass... Dealership then made an offer to pay for half of the repair the expected "negotiation". Purchased contingent on Safety which vehicle did not pass... Dealership then made an offer to pay for half of the repairs, after they inflated those costs 150%!! It took several hours negotiating and completing paperwork.. a waste of a day!! I ended up buying from Subaru of Spokane, it was fast and easy!! I will never do business with Appleway again!!! More

I stopped by Appleway Toyota to see what it would take to get satellite radio installed on my existing 2011 Toyota Corolla. The service department was very upfront and honest with me about the cost that migh get satellite radio installed on my existing 2011 Toyota Corolla. The service department was very upfront and honest with me about the cost that might be involved in having this done, and I decided to hold off. On my way out, I decided to stop by the sales floor to see what more I'd have to pay for a brand new car that already comes equipped with satellite radio. Initially, the price was way over budget and merely a dream. After several hours of negotiating (which was well worth the trouble), I left with a brand new 2013 Toyota Corolla that not only has satellite radio, but navigation and a moonroof too. I love my new car and am very happy I stopped by Appleway that day. THANK YOU!! More

I've never had this great of service when purchasing a vehicle. Typically the salesmen are your typical sales people and all they want is the sale. However, they rarely let you know when they had awesome service. This is why we wanted to take the time and let you know about the outstanding service we received at Appleway Toyota. Our service was not only excellent from Colin Perrish, but also from Matt Dawson and Mike Bailey. At our visit to Appleway we had Colin running in every direction as we weren't exactly sure which new vehicle we wanted to purchase. Did we mention that the weather that night was under 30 degrees and very cold. Anyway, Colin showed true professionalism. Most sales people would have been brushing us off or trying to get rid of us. Not Colin, he went above and beyond the call of duty and was showing us every vehicle that we asked him about. Colin had a positive attitude and a smile on his face at all times. Our next step in the process was with Matt Dawson. He knew exactly what we were wanting in a new vehicle and was on the internet trying to locate us the perfect match. Matt made sure that we received the best price possible on our new vehicle. Matt was very accommodating, professional, friendly and had a smile on his face at all times. Mike Bailey was our final stop for financing and signing the final purchase documents. This is usually the step that most people don't like. Mike made the signing process quick, easy and painless. He was very friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. At Appleway Toyota we were treated exceptionally well!! We definitely will be telling all our friends and family about Appleway.
