Poor attention to detail in the paperwork. Mileage was 10 time more than was stated. They failed to get a few signatures from my wife and threatened to repossess the car. More

This is in response to the customer review by Buyer1943. We would like to address his concerns with Appleway and attempt to resolve them to his satisfaction. Unfortunately, after repeatedly trying to contact him by phone and email as he had requested we do, we have had absolutely no contact back from this customer via phone, email or any other form of communication. We have been given no opportunity by this customer to settle any concerns he may have encountered during his sales experience with us. Here at Appleway we strive to exceed our customer’s expectations and our staff is trained to do everything possible to ensure that our customer’s have an “Excellent” experience.
