My boyfriend and I were looking to buy a very specific truck and there is not a lot of stock in the specific trim and desired engine. He is professional, fought for us, did not pretend to know when we had very specific questions regarding military benefits and tax exemptions. We appreciate that because he was transparent and did not try to pretend to know it all. I feel like that is incredibly rare now a days. We ended up purchasing the truck and ran into a couple hiccups, one being the GM slashing prices in the middle of that sale and receiving those notifications. This happened twice. Each time we approached Taylor about it, he went and fought with us. He apologized for this occurring and we genuinely felt like he was on our side and wanted to help us. Once we agreed to purchased the truck, Chief, Kris who is the finance manager took care of us. He did not give us the run around, he answered all of our questions, thoroughly explain the benefits of the extended warranties and maintenance plans.
