Alright we came in a year ago to purchase a vehicle and we where met with amazing service so when the thought came up again this year and we wanted to get a second vehicle and trade our other in for a diff we where met with amazing service so when the thought came up again this year and we wanted to get a second vehicle and trade our other in for a different one as well I knew I wanted to come back to feel it out again and see what’s available. We landed an absolute delight of a lady named Jennifer Sweeney and I highly recommended giving her a visit when wanna look she is fun and made the whole experience even better then the last which I did not think could happen! She was so patient with us as week looked at multiple vehicles and she never gave up on finding the one I wanted to see that just came in( I got it). I stress about big decisions and she had a way of making the day light and when I say day she spent hrs with up she is a true delight to experience and she helped us find two perfect fits and in our budget! This place is full of liars. For one the toyota care they tell you is complementary they charged us for. They denied me my tire warrenty i paid for claiming i never had a tire wa For one the toyota care they tell you is complementary they charged us for. They denied me my tire warrenty i paid for claiming i never had a tire warrenty on my car. They also added other hidden fees claiming the services were complementary, meanwhile charging us thousands for them. The amount that the lady told me was the amount after intrest was actually the amount before intrest with all the fees, they got us in over 10,000$ in hidden fees. They will not process any of the refunds on my gap insurance, warrenty or anything else here even though my car is paid off before the warrenty ended and forcing us to go through a third party company. They are extremely dishonest and the guy today said 'he didn't know how to process some of these things' also didn't know what day of the week it was or that the upcoming monday is a holiday. What a joke. Real messed up, going to this store is one of the biggest regrets of my life. Please do yourself a favor, i might have to get a lawyer involved to get the refund on my warrenties they denied me and claimed i never paid for when its clearly listed in the contracts. More
