Purchased a used 2022 RAV4 TRD Off Road in Calvary Blue. The staff at AutoNation Toyota is top tier. No pressure, honest, friendly, and responsive. I had been going in periodically since October (it's now the end of January) and researching a few SUV models. Jonathan and Khalid were amazingly helpful and patient. I knew I would end up getting an SUV and I am the type to spend hours (days, weeks, months even) researching, reading reviews, asking questions, and watching videos. Not once did anybody at AutoNation Toyota push me to buy now. I'd go back to them in a heartbeat and I'd recommend them to my family and friends without question. "Chief" Kris in finance was amazing. Honest and straightforward with the options available for the vehicle I finally decided to purchase. Also not pushy with the options. I didn't feel forced or rushed for anything. Kris, Khalid, and Jon all spent more time answering my questions and making sure I was well informed and comfortable with the purchase. Kris even stayed past closing time to finalize my deal today. Plus the 1Price No haggle policy is actually pretty good. I LOVE to haggle. I LOVE getting the best deal I can find. The prices for used vehicles are almost always on the lower end of what to expect from a dealership. You might find lower prices private party but not with full 120+ points inspections, 5 day money back guarantees, or options for extended warranties. All in all the entire process was comfortable and painless. I'm very happy with my purchase and the dealership. Full tank of gas and good deep cleaning to send me home on!
