Second visit at the dealership, service performed on time and what was invoiced was performed, so far so good, 2 stars due to the cleanliness of the vehicle, I have white door panels and dashboard accents, a and what was invoiced was performed, so far so good, 2 stars due to the cleanliness of the vehicle, I have white door panels and dashboard accents, and funding handprints on it as annoying, if the car is not washed I would at least expect it to be in the same condition, second time this happen so I spoke with the service manager and this wont happen again. I will update my review for the next service is this is taken care off. More
I've always trusted AutoNation, but my last experience shattered that trust. I had an "appointment" for 0830 to for a "road trip" check and repair a flat tire. I waited assuming that it wouldn't be any shattered that trust. I had an "appointment" for 0830 to for a "road trip" check and repair a flat tire. I waited assuming that it wouldn't be any more than a couple of hours. I finally went to see what was taking so long around 1100 and was told to get an Uber if I needed to get back to work. I was then presented with an estimate for almost $1,000; was told the tire was shot (it was a brand new tire, still under warranty at Firestone) and needed a new tire. I could only afford an oil change and new tire at this point and didn't my car wasn't ready until close to 1 p.m. More

Amanda never called to let me know that my car was finished. I called and they said yes it looks like it is but let me transfer you to her. No answer, left message and no return call. I ended up just finished. I called and they said yes it looks like it is but let me transfer you to her. No answer, left message and no return call. I ended up just going there. Saw my car out ready to go except everything that was in my glove box was spread out on my dash! Why!? Once I finally got Amanda to check me out, I told her about my glove box contents. She came out and looked and said well that’s weird! Nothing else. Unfortunately I couldn’t tell if anything was taken, but at the same time no one should be going through my stuff or leaving out on the dash. Lack of consideration for my time without my car, depending on someone else to get me the and back and lack of consideration for my personal stuff. More
simple oil/fluid change-- 4 hrs later, asking what's the deal (no one kept me updated) told me they accidentally drained all the transmission fluid onto the floor. Needed to refill and test. I purchased my vehicle in a different town and recently moved to Austin, and I was very pleased with the friendliness and I will definitely go back.
