Went in for service they seem very unorganized and have never had the car ready when promised. My car is still under warranty and am dreading bringing it there, I bought my Toyota in Dallas, they are rea never had the car ready when promised. Last time they had it two extra days than promised and when I did go pick it up they still hadn’t finished and I missed my flight. More

Made an appointment at 3:45pm on Monday July 26th for an oil change and tire rotation for my 23k mile Corolla IM. I pulled into the service bay at 3:41pm and the porter quickly checked in my appointment on oil change and tire rotation for my 23k mile Corolla IM. I pulled into the service bay at 3:41pm and the porter quickly checked in my appointment on their list and I was asked to wait in my vehicle for my service writer. I was helped at 4:08pm by the service writer. Waiting 30 minutes on an appointment was not ideal and could be improved or at the very least mitigated by an explanation of the wait. The service writer quoted the cost $75 for full synthetic oil change and $25 for the tire rotation (close to but a bit above average compared to $85 when the vehicle was under Toyota Care). I waited for the vehicle in their service waiting area which was well equipped with seating and two TV over a spacious room. The next interaction with my service writer was when the vehicle was ready at 5:42pm. The wait was a bit longer than I expected but not egregious. Again it could be handled by an interaction or explanation for the wait. I did however, upon leaving, put my receipt in my center console where I do have some emergency cash ($30) and out of curiosity counted $27. No big deal, I probably forgot I had dipped into it at some point. When I got home I checked my dash cam to find that the person who took my vehicle up to the lube techs opened my console and worked through my cash. Although the wait was longer than expected and the customer experience was average to below average, they have lost all credibility in working with my vehicle. More

I have over 130.000 miles on my 2008 Toyota and it continues to run fantastically. The main reason is because I have been taking it this dealer for the past 10 years.
