I was very pleased working with Epifanio. My only complaint was that I only had an oil change and I was there more than 2 hours. I have bought more than one Toyota from here and never had any problems with the purchases. In the meantime my RAV4 is now 16 years old, so the service department has kept her in tip-top shape. Tony was wonderful to work with , in fact , he was the most helpful service coordinator I have worked with at this dealership. I took my car in on a busy Saturday morning for some minor issues and Tony ke most helpful service coordinator I have worked with at this dealership. I took my car in on a busy Saturday morning for some minor issues and Tony kept me informed along the duration of the service. The waiting area is large and comfortable. I will request this service coordinator for any upcoming visits and will also recommend Tony to my family members. More
Clear signage showed me where to go. I arrived a couple of minutes before my appointment time and did not have to wait in a long line. There was a light airy large lounge AND a few picnic tables under a huge beautiful tree outside to wait. It took less than the specified time and he told me what they did and gave me my inspection sheet to peruse at my leisure. Not at all like being in a grand central station wondering if they would ever give me back my car. More
