I have driven a Toyota for many years. I like this dealership because of their professionalism and sincere thoughtfulness. They take time to explain what my car needs, and never pressure me to have something else done other than what is recommended. Car was in for an oil change and a recall related to the fuel pump. 24 hours after dropoff, after numerous calls the service advisor finally texted me back. Not with any info about the service done but to fuel pump. 24 hours after dropoff, after numerous calls the service advisor finally texted me back. Not with any info about the service done but to try to sell me on a number of other services like brake flush. After I asked he said the oil change and recall were done and I said I would pick it up before closing. When I got there the service advisor had left and had never finished the paperwork for my car. Fortunately some other folks stepped in to help. I had asked that the car be washed when complete. That wasn't done. The "Maintenance required" notice still displayed, and many other settings were messed up. More

I am from out of state and needed emergency service. On the plus side, they got me in on a Saturday and had it fixed in time to pick up first thing Monday morning. On the downside, the diagnostic fee was $174.99 (waived if you have something done) and they tried to sell me overpriced add-ons like fuel injection service for $259.95, coolant flush for $239.95 and "inverter system service" for $239.95. I met with my local Toyota dealer and their prices are way lower for the services, and they don't recognize the "inverter system service" at all. I GREATLY appreciate the service, but am definitely put off by those excessive fees. More
