The rack and pinion steering went out in my 2020 4Runner. It took 2 months for them to track down the parts needed to replace it. The agent, Jared, was very nice, but unorganized. On the day I brought the SU It took 2 months for them to track down the parts needed to replace it. The agent, Jared, was very nice, but unorganized. On the day I brought the SUV in to be checked out, I got there at 7am and waited 4 hours for him to inform me of the problem. It probably would have been longer if I hadn’t asked him for an update. They kindly loaned me a car for the two month wait. When I’ve gone in for the regular service maintenance, they don’t perform all the required services. Tires haven’t been rotated and fluids not topped off which leads me to believe they don’t do a fluid check. I can only hope they have been changing the oil and filters. I’ll continue to go here for the last Service maintenance, but will probably go elsewhere when the car is no longer covered by the service agreement. More

He is professional, courteous, and respectful. The necessary work has always been performed as promised and my car returned to me promptly, freshly washed, and sanitized.
