Horrible customer service. I took my car in at 8:30 for an appoint to repair my car radio. I heard nothing from the person handling my repair. He always lets me know an estimate of how long the service will take and it for the past few times and has made the experience quick and stress free. Would recommend getting an appointment set before going because they complete your service much quicker that way! Other than that, the customer service overall is great, and the management has been pretty because they complete your service much quicker that way! Remember to be flexible as possible with the staff, especially if you didn’t make an appointment.
