I made an appointment to service and get an inspection on my corolla hybrid. I dropped it off at 7:30 and got it back around 2 hours later. Altogether it was an easier painless way to get my inspection done. I highly recommend going to Auto Nation Toyota South Austin. I go there for all my service appointments and have always been pleased with the service. Tony was the young man who care of my car. He was really an exceptional employee. Thank You. More

If I get outta there in under 3 hours, it’s a miracle. Under 1 ½ hrs if for basic oil change and tire rotation. It took 2 months to get the parts needed to repair. After they repaired it, 2 months later my engine coolant cap mysteriously shook lose and coolant spilled out. It took 2 four hour visits to replace the cap. Well, they also did my state inspection and service maintenance on the 2nd day. It’s still under warranty, thankfully, so what are you gonna do? More

An "appointment time" is not an appointment time here. The last three times I've been to AutoNation I've waited over 3 hours until my car was completed for a basic oil change and tire rotation. If given the option do not schedule with Epi Rodriguez. Also don’t plan on waiting unless you absolutely need to. I am not generally one to write poor reviews but I had a morning appointment for an oil change and to have a patch put on a tire. When I scheduled I made these details clear and I arrived on time. It took OVER 4 HOURS to complete this. The tire patch was clearly rushed seeing that there were black tire marks on the side of my white car and the spare tire was not even put away completely. I will now have to spend an additional hour buffing these out myself. The car was also not washed at all despite me being told it would be. I assume this is because I was asking about my vehicle status at the 3 hour mark (where I was told I’d have my car in 20 minutes which was clearly not true). I have been to this location before and the service was fine. I anticipated a long(ish) wait but 4 hours for this service (and not even a complete job) is ridiculous. The service I received from Mr. Rodriguez was very disappointing. I was being blown off and not being kept updated at all. I also noticed that I was not the only one waiting at his desk for an update. Very very disappointed in this service. More
