Based on my last experience I thought this was going to suck. This is my first non premium vehicle in 10 years. So I’m used to Mercedes level of service. My first here it was a terrible experience. I have to say my service advisor was great and friendly this time. Car was in and out for oil change and first service under 45 mins. Good work! More

Had service visit on my landcruiser. There was a mark on the bumper. I pointed it out during a pause from the courtesy 25k to the non ESP covered brake work performed. For first time visitors, it's hard to tell what to do for service. I parked and went inside and was instructed to go outside and pull into service canopy. After being guided in I was asked if I had an appoin service. I parked and went inside and was instructed to go outside and pull into service canopy. After being guided in I was asked if I had an appointment and then waited about 20 minutes before I was approached again. I was not told another person would be with me. After I was called that my vehicle was done. I went inside again and told to find the service person for my vehicle, which was not told to me initially. I had to flag down a worker give him my information and was then told whom to see. Going inside service counter, check out was quick and convenient. I'm sure next time will be easier now that I know. More

While the sales team are friendly and seem to be knowledgeable, their service dept is absolutely garbage. You call them and they tell you just bring it in, you bring it in they tell you it's best to knowledgeable, their service dept is absolutely garbage. You call them and they tell you just bring it in, you bring it in they tell you it's best to make an appointment you make the appointment and then they still tell you it's going to be 3 hours just to check a tire. Their excuse, "it's not a Toyota", well, we bought the car there, they sold us not a Toyota, you would think they could check the tire on not a Toyota is a reasonable amount of time as Toyota's also have tires on them and tires are pretty universal. I am not even sure they know what a tire is. Long story short, find yourself another shop to bring your vehicle to, unless you don't have a choice. More
AutoNation is always on time with their appointments and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. They always keep me updated on the status of my vehicle and they let me know if they are running behind s all the staff is very friendly and helpful.
