Not very impressed with this dealership, I took my car in for just an oil change and dropped it off the night before. The guy who was in charge of my car called and text me at 8am the following morning listi for just an oil change and dropped it off the night before. The guy who was in charge of my car called and text me at 8am the following morning listing off about $2000 worth of things that was wrong with my car. When I told him I just wanted an oil change he literally ghosted me and when my appointment time of 9:45 came and went I couldn’t get ahold of him at all. I had to wait until 3pm that afternoon after calling and texting multiple times to find out that my car was ready. Really disappointed in this type of service. More
Took my vehicle in for an oil change and was overwhelmed with all of the work that were highly recommended on my vehicle that is only a few years old. I felt pressured to say yes and received a large unplan with all of the work that were highly recommended on my vehicle that is only a few years old. I felt pressured to say yes and received a large unplanned bill. I think it would be good to get better warning a head of time so it can be better planned out. I don't think this was necessarily the Service specialist' fault. He was helpful but the dealership prices are significant. More
