After my last experience at this dealership where I waited 3 hours with no communication from the advisor for a 5K service that ended up never being performed, I thought I would never use AutoNation ag waited 3 hours with no communication from the advisor for a 5K service that ended up never being performed, I thought I would never use AutoNation again. I ended up getting my car serviced elsewhere, which turned out to be a very positive experience. However, I decided this was a problem with my original advisor allowing my work order to fall thru the cracks, so I tried another advisor to give AutoNation one more chance to keep me as a customer. Jared Jones was an excellent advisor choice. He was attentive to my needs, offered recommended work without any pressure, did an excellent job communicating the status of the work, and got me out in a timely manner. I will continue to use AutoNation Toyota. More

The service appointment accomplished what it was meant to and Jared was really helpful at the end helping me fix Bluetooth connectivity. I was there for 5 hours for what I was told would take two, and they knew I was waiting and not leaving the car. So... why have an appointment? More
Scheduled an oil change but realized after the fact they didn't update mileage sticker for next oil change. 2 days after oil change, my "required maintenance " light came on indicating oil hadn't been chang didn't update mileage sticker for next oil change. 2 days after oil change, my "required maintenance " light came on indicating oil hadn't been changed? Really? So now I have to make another trip to dealer.....what a waste of time! More
