I have brought my RAV4 to the Service Dept on several occasions for tuneups, and each experience goes nice and smooth! From the ease of setting up the appointment, to waiting while Efrain (my guy!) has t occasions for tuneups, and each experience goes nice and smooth! It took autonation nearly 3 days to diagnose the issues with my vehicle. The representative was friendly and did what he could to help the process and ease the situation but obviously there was some miscom with my vehicle. The representative was friendly and did what he could to help the process and ease the situation but obviously there was some miscommunication about when they were able to get my car in and how long it would take. I waited in the lobby for 5-6 hours before I was told they would need to keep my car over night, and then I had to make the effort to continuously check on the progress of the diagnosis after almost 2 more whole days.
