Absolutely horrible service. Eric never updated me about my car and when it would be done. I dropped it off at 11am Saturday morning. I had to call at 355 because no one updated Eric never updated me about my car and when it would be done. I dropped it off at 11am Saturday morning. I had to call at 355 because no one updated me all day and they closed at 4. Eric told me that it was ready they just hadn’t given him paperwork or keys yet. I told him I didn’t want to Uber there if he didn’t even have my keys On Monday I called and they were still working on my CarPlay. So Eric lied about my car being ready. I asked the manager if I could pick the car up at 730 since I don’t get off work till 715. He said the “late” manager would be there to give me my car. Well he was not there at 730 when I arrived. Thank god there was a nice service employee still there who called the manager, found my keys and gave me my car. I will never bring my car to be serviced here ever again. The managers and Eric were incompetent. I wish I got the wonderful man’s name who helped me retrieve my car but I didn’t. CarPlay still doesn’t work. Wouldn’t even trust them to change my bad battery More
I received an offer fro Toyota for a minor maintenance package for $49.95. The email clearly stated it included oil change and tire rotation. My service advisor tried to charge me an extra $35 for the t package for $49.95. The email clearly stated it included oil change and tire rotation. I showed him the email from Autonation South Austin and he said that was a mistake and still wanted to charge me the extra money. He had an attitude about it. I felt like they were trying to cheat me. More

Jared at the service center was incredibly informative, communicative, and proactive - three adjectives I've never used for a service center rep in 30 years of car ownership. As expected with a dealership, prices were high. But service person was helpful, instructive, and very prompt at keeping me informed as soon as problems and the work to fix them became known.
