The phone girl was extremely rude, hanging up on me several times. My low tire light was on when I got there & on when I left. I take my car to this dealership for a reason. The only issue I have with servicing is the timeframes. Every single time I make an appointment and it takes minimum of 2 hours to get complete no matter what it is. We have always been pleased with the work done here, but the communication was poor this time. I arrived at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment and discussed with Alex what we wanted to have done. It was not until 2:20 that Alex called to tell me what they needed to do to the car. It was never clear to me why it took three and a half hours for the mechanics to determine what needed to be done or for Alex to get back in touch with me. Alex said all parts were available and said he would call me right back to tell me how long the work would take. When he didn't call back, I went to his office at 3:30 to see what was going on. He apologized for not calling back; said he had been busy because he was dealing with four cars. He said one part was not there but might be in from the warehouse within an hour. I said I did not want to wait another hour, because I would be in rush hour traffic on the way home. I finally got the car at 4:30, and all the work had been done. We were pleased with the work but still not sure why I had not been told what was going on and why the work took close to six hours. I would certainly have appreciated frequent updates, but I think Alex forgot about me. More
